SESSION INFORMATION

1.        To provide campers with the opportunity to
advance their swimming to the next level through
learning techniques to master and improve posture,
line, and balance to be an efficient, fast swimmer.

2.        To provide campers with the opportunity to
advance their swimming to the next competitive level
through high intensity / high volume training, stroke
enhancement, and endurance training.

3.        To provide campers with quality, and fun
experiences to further cement their love for
swimming.
