Camps for 9-18 year old swimmers wanting to
improve their swimming technique, or take their
competitive swimming to the next level.
Campers are assessed on the first day of camp, and
assigned to a training group according to their level and
ability.

Multi-level ability grouping
Development and performance of the four
competitive strokes
Conditioning (understanding training systems)
Starts and turns

The minimum requirement for attendance -- the ability to
swim 25 yards across the pool

Overnighters
:  5 days, 4 nights, dinner on first night, breakfast
on final day, three meals all other days
